Pastor’s Bible Study  is now on break for the Lenten Caravan.  Please continue keeping your Wednesdays reserved for your Spiritual growth and renewal.  We will resume after the conclusion of the Easter Holiday.


Youth Bible study (ages 13 – 19) assembles weekly on Tuesday at 6:30 pm.  It is facilitated by Rev. Porter.

Saturday, February 13 - noon to 2:00 p.m. -- Class Leaders Training led by our St. Paul Ministerial Staff and guest presenter Min. Anita Wamble, First Lady of St. John United Methodist Church and Eastern United Methodist Church in Maryland. Training will occur immediately following the church Official Board meeting and lunch.  All Class Leaders are encouraged to attend.


Sunday, February 14 – Founder’s Day – California Conference Worship Service will be held at Parks Chapel AMEC.  Time 5:00 pm


Sunday, February 21 at 3:00 St. Paul will worship at Parks Chapel AMEC.  Pastor Hughes will preach.


Saturday, February 27th Annual Lay Prayer Breakfast and Training – 9:00 amd – 12:30 pm.  Featured Trainer, Patricia M. Mayberry, 5th  District Director of Lay Activities.  Tickets are $20.  Please see any member of the Lay Organization.


Sunday, February 28 – Immediately following service – The 27th Annual Dr. Frank E. Staggers, Sr. Hypertension Sunday and Black History Celebration.


IT’S GIRL SCOUT COOKIE TIME! Get your cookies and support Morgan Jenkins Girl Scout troop.  She is a member of an all African American Troop. Last year she exceeded her goal by selling over 500 boxes. This was largely due to the outpouring from her St. Paul family. Cookies will be available in the Narthex beginning Sunday, February 14.  Each box is $5.00. Thank you in advance for your support.


2015 Donation Letters are now available.  Please see a Steward in the Narthex after worship service or contact the Church Office during the week.

Women’s Day 2016 – Sunday, March 13, 2016

Thank you Sister Sallie Ravenel and Sister Jo Carole Harris for answering the call to serve  as Co Chair’s for the 2016 Women’s Day Celebration.  Look for exciting news and announcements as plans move forward for Awesome Praise, Worship and Fellowship opportunities.  As is our tradition, Women’s Day is also a major fundraiser for St. Paul.  This year we are asking each woman for a contribution above your regular tithes or offering of  $100. from each woman, and $75. from each man.
